Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Tracking: Provided via email upon shipment.
5.2 Risk of Loss
Responsibility for products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Damaged Packages: Contact us at yuriiex08@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos, etc.). We will liaise with shipping partners to resolve issues, but cannot guarantee replacements/refunds for carrier negligence.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
6.1 Policy
Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused/unopened items in original packaging.
Process: Email yuriiex08@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, personalized/custom items, and products damaged due to customer misuse.
